New Shareholder Structure of Gämmerler AG   Geretsried-Gelting, 18.10.2007 -

In order to further expand market leadership in the field of inline finishing systems and maintain our lead in technology and innovation Gämmerler AG has been successful in winning the Bielenberg Beteiligungs GmbH as new majority shareholder.   The Winklhofer/ Bielenberg family has been in industrial business for four generations and brings a combined wealth of experience to Gämmerler from industrial backgrounds.

Gerhard Winklhofer, who successfully managed the company iwis Kettensysteme in Munich as owner-manager from 1963 to 1999, is still Chairman of the Advisory Council and will become new Chairman of the Gämmerler AG Supervisory Board. Dr. Kai Bielenberg, who is still employed with an international IT-company, will be appointed Member of the Board of Directors. Together with the CEO Dr. Robert Moll he will complete the management of the Gämmerler AG.  

To ensure the company's innovation and to maintain important customer relations the company's founder, Hagen Gämmerler, who still holds company shares, will continue to assist the Board of Directors as Chairman of the Advisory Council. With immediate effect Gunter Gämmerler will take over the management of the subsidiary in the USA.   "Besides a comprehensive process optimization it is our target, to consequently push the development of new products and of our worldwide customer service" says Dr. Robert Moll.
